GUARANTEE POLICY
The OAKS Strength & Integrity Lifetime Guarantee
Oaks Concrete Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards in a tightly controlled, fully monitored production environment. Oaks Concrete Products are guaranteed to be free of material defects for as long as the original Purchaser (Homeowner), owns the residence where the product(s) are installed. Product found to be defective will be replaced without cost. Colour matching cannot be guaranteed and replacement labour is not included. The warranty is subject to normal ‘residential’ use conditions.
Limitations & Exclusions
This Warranty does not apply to damage, deterioration or colour change to the concrete products resulting from: 1. Improper installation procedures inconsistent with the Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute (ICPI) installation methodology and guidelines. 2. Breakage caused from overloading, impact or sub-grade settlement. 3. Discolouration caused by staining, improper sealing, pollution or abrasion. 4. Use of de-icing chemicals other than sodium chloride. 5. Efflorescence – this is not a material defect.
